Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates across various industries and job functions. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, experience using sourcing platforms, and the ability to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct targeted talent searches using Boolean strings and advanced search techniques.
• Review candidate profiles and resumes to assess suitability for open positions.
• Reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate interest, qualifications, availability, and salary expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and candidate research tools.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize sourcing activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple industries.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Experience with international or remote recruitment.
• Knowledge of candidate engagement and outreach strategies.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
