Sourcing & Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Procurement Executive to support product sourcing, supplier coordination, order management, and shipment arrangements. This role acts as a key liaison between suppliers, factories, operations teams, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and develop new products, including quotation preparation and sample coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Manage and monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and overall order progress.
• Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams regarding shipment arrangements and delivery updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support negotiations on pricing, product specifications, and lead times.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper updates within the order management system.
• Support daily supply chain and procurement activities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination, or related functions. Experience in the furniture industry will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to travel for short-term business trips when required.
• Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers.
