Sourcing & Procurement Executive

About the role

RLTECH is looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Executive to support our Thailand operations. The person will primarily source raw materials and components from China, coordinate their shipment to Thailand for assembly, and ensure timely material availability for production.

Key responsibilities

• Source and develop reliable suppliers, primarily in China.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms, quality and lead time.
• Issue and follow up purchase orders until material delivery.
• Coordinate regularly with Chinese suppliers regarding production and shipment schedules.
• Ensure materials are available according to Thailand assembly requirements.
• Coordinate China-to-Thailand shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Maintain purchasing, supplier and shipment records.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality and delivery.
• Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality, shortage or delivery issues.

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience sourcing from China is strongly preferred.
• Experience in electronics, telecom, networking products, OEM/ODM or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, supplier-management and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms and import processes.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Chinese (Mandarin) is a major advantage.
• Thai language proficiency preferred.
