What they need
Lead a 10–15 member Sourcing/Procurement team, manage SLAs, suppliers, contracts/catalogs, quality, risks and compliance. Drive process improvements, resolve exceptions and stakeholder queries, and ensure client delivery.
Required Candidate profile
6–10 yrs in Sourcing/Procurement with Team Leader experience. Strong supplier/customer management, ERP (Oracle/Coupa/SAP), communication, analytical, leadership and process-improvement skills.
