Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source and screen candidates for entry-level, intern, and junior roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and campus channels.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, from job posting to offer stage.

Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, and other talent-sourcing institutions.

  • Establish and maintain linkages with relevant government offices (e.g., DOLE, TESDA, CHED, PESO, or local equivalents) for compliance, apprenticeship programs, and job-matching initiatives.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, career talks, and school or government-led events.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and coordinate MOUs/agreements as needed.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations related to internships and apprenticeships.

Talent Programs & Operations

  • Design, launch, and manage company-wide talent programs — starting with the internship program (structure, timelines, learning objectives, evaluation criteria) — and expanding to other programs as the organization's needs grow (e.g., onboarding, trainee, or upskilling initiatives).

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for interns and new hires, including documentation, orientation, and first-week logistics.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hosting needs, define intern/new hire project scopes, and gather performance feedback.

  • Act as project lead on talent-related initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across the employee lifecycle.

  • Continuously improve program materials, processes, and tools based on feedback and outcomes.

Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives across social media, campus platforms, and events to position the company as an employer of choice.

  • Create content (posts, videos, decks) showcasing company culture, intern testimonials, and career opportunities.

  • Assist in organizing employer branding events such as open houses, webinars, and school partnerships.

  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong extracurricular/organizational leadership experience are welcome to apply).
  • Experience or strong interest in campus recruitment, internship program management, or employer branding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with government processes related to labor/employment (e.g., DOLE, TESDA) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for content creation.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and representing the company externally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally for campus visits, government office coordination, and events.
