Sourcing Assistant (E-commerce & Data Management)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sourcing Assistant that sits at the intersection of data management and product procurement. You will be responsible for handling large-scale data entry, maintaining our product database across multiple categories (Garments, Tech, Home Textiles, and Accessories), and ensuring smooth communication between our vendors, logistics and Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Command & Management: Execute heavy data entry with high accuracy. Maintain and update product masters, price lists, and logistic charts using advanced Excel functions.
• Sourcing Support: Assist the Sourcing Manager in identifying vendors and managing product sourcing and data grabbing for various categories, including garments, tech gadgets, and home textiles.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Act as a bridge between the company, external vendors, and our internal parties to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy.
• Content & Assets: Assist in grabbing, feeding product data and charts into the website backend. Use AI to create or touch up basic product visuals/infographics for the platform.
• Project Tracking: Monitor the schedule for the ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers to meet tight project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcomed. A "can-do" attitude is important for this position.
• Years of working experience in sourcing (Fashion, Home Textile, or Tech products preferred) or e-commerce platform is a significant advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and efficient with strong multi-tasking skills, and able to handle tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, especially for Excel, is a must. Functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data visualization are the top priority for this role.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Familiarity with Magento or Canva would be a plus.
