Sourcing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing – Find and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Social Media Engagement – Post job openings, assist with recruitment content, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Data Management & Reporting – Update candidate records, track sourcing activities, and assist with recruitment reports.
• Team Collaboration – Work with Recruiters and team members to support hiring needs and improve sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
