• Lead end-to-end S2C sourcing activities, including demand validation, RFP/RFQ execution, supplier evaluation, and contract award
• Manage sourcing of indirect categories (products/services), ensuring cost competitiveness and compliance with procurement policies
• Conduct supplier sourcing, qualification, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
• Drive commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and contractual terms and conditions
• Support the preparation and review of Indirect procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards and risk control requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure sourcing activities are compliant with internal governance and approval processes
• Monitor supplier performance if any claims and support continuous improvement initiatives Key Requirements
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in indirect procurement (products and services)
• Strong exposure to manufacturing industry, with the majority of past experience in manufacturing-related companies
• Proven experience in S2C sourcing processes and supplier management
• Strong capability in commercial and contractual negotiations
• Familiar with contract terms and procurement agreements (pricing, payment terms, liabilities, etc.)
• Good understanding of sourcing process, including RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, and contract management
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
