Lead the procurement, acroses international markets. Responsible for developing a resilient, cost-effective, and compliant supply base. This role requires a data-driven leader who can navigate geopolitical risks, negotiate complex contracts, and drive supplier innovation. Your mission: Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence

• Develop and execute global category strategies aligned with business growth and product roadmaps.
• Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify trends, cost drivers, and supply/demand imbalances.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in low-cost and near-shore regions. Negotiation & Cost Management
• Lead high-stakes negotiations (TCO basis) covering pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and lead times.
• Achieve annual cost reduction targets while mitigating tariff and currency fluctuation risks.
• Manage hedging strategies for critical commodities (if applicable). Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Build strategic partnerships with top-tier suppliers to secure capacity and drive innovation.
• Implement robust supplier scorecards to monitor Quality, Delivery, Cost, and CSR performance.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Risk Management & Compliance
• Proactively identify supply chain vulnerabilities (geopolitical, natural disasters, logistical).
• Ensure supplier adherence to ESG standards, modern slavery acts, and conflict mineral regulations.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity (BCP). Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase to ensure design-for-procurement.
• Work closely with Logistics to optimize Incoterms and freight strategies. Qualifications Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Engineering background is strongly preferred. Experience:
• 5+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 3 years in a global role.
• Proven track record of managing spending of $30M+ across multiple regions.
• MUST have experience in sourcing electrical components, especially experience with local components [e.g., plastics, metals, semiconductors]. Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and e-sourcing platforms.
• Strong financial acumen (should-cost models, P&L impact analysis).
• Data analytics proficiency (Excel, Power BI, ect.). Soft Skills:
