Sourcing Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• 1. Develop and execute comprehensive commodity and supplier strategies that support long-term business objectives
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract development to achieve balanced outcomes in cost, quality, and service
• Support new product development initiatives by collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain stakeholders
• Facilitate E-sourcing events such as competitive bidding and reverse auctions where appropriate.
• Other assignment by the company

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor, Major in mechanical//Electric
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field within a multi-site or global environment
• Fluent in Engilish, strong MS Office skills, good communication skill, open-minded warm-hearted
