Sourcing Engineer

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor surveys and prepare reports
• Manage the first article process from start to approval
• Handle budgetary quote processes
• Ensure suppliers understand material specifications
• Ensure timely delivery and approval of first article samples
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times for materials/tooling
• Support RFQs for localized parts
• Handle discrepant parts
• Assist the Sourcing Manager as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Experience: 3-5 years relative experience in sourcing for wire harness, cable assembly, Electromacnatic parts background is preferable

RFQ / Quote Engineer

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RFQ quotation teams (PE/TE) and Program Managers
• Evaluate and maintain standard HPU for assigned products
• Support production line setup, handling, and layout optimization
• Prepare and present monthly labor effectiveness reports for assigned products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.

• For Engineer Level - At least 3 years in Industrial Engineering or related field

• Mature, Business, and customer service oriented

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Available to work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
