1. Senior Sourcing Engineer

Job Purpose

Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and developing suppliers to ensure competitive cost, quality, and delivery performance while supporting the company's procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers, especially for plastic materials and surface treatment processes.
2. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and cost reduction opportunities.
3. Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure quality and delivery standards.
4. Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams on supplier development and new projects.
5. Support sourcing activities for new products and localization projects.
6. Maintain supplier database and sourcing documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, company policies, and EHS requirements.
8. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Materials Science, or Engineering fields

• At least 5-8 years of experience in factory procurement, purchasing, sourcing with familiarity in the plastics granules and surface treatment industries preferred.

• Knowledge skill in ERP/MRP system and SAP is preferred

• Professional Skills: Familiar with procurement processes, market analysis methods, and supplier evaluation criteria, possessing good data analysis skills.

• Good communication in English and Chinese will be advantaged
