Sourcing Executive (Bakery & Pastry)

About the role

The Sourcing Executive Bakery & Pastry will be responsible for supplier management, product sourcing, and new product launches. This role is designed for autonomy: direct supplier contact, independent analysis, and proactive identification of new opportunities, while aligning with company objectives. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, the position offers freedom of intervention and decision-making within a clear framework, with the potential to grow within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, daily communication, and visits.
• Prepare performance reports and conduct data analysis.
• Source new suppliers and categories.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, and certifications.
• Coordinate product and brand launches across teams.
• Track post-launch performance and report results.
• Prepare commercial plan reports.
• Support yearly budget preparation.
• Maintain product info and QA documentation.

About you

• 1-3 years experience in F&B (Chef or distribution), especially in pastry and bakery ingredients and products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
