Job Description :-
Identifying and sourcing potential properties through various channels, including online listings, real estate agents, and personal networks.
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential acquisitions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of property acquisitions to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Coordinating due diligence activities, including financial analysis, legal review, and property inspections.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about the real estate sector. 1
- Candidates should have a strong network in the real estate industry, a proven track record of sourcing successful deals, and a solid understanding of real estate market trends and investment principles.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
