Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing Executive

• Source construction materials, interior products, and services as per project requirements.
• Identify vendors, collect quotations, and prepare price comparisons.
• Verify material specifications and quantities against BOQs and approved requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
• Arrange material samples for design and project team approval.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Coordinate with site and accounts teams for material receipt and vendor payments.
• Resolve material shortages, quality concerns, and delivery delays.
• Maintain vendor databases and procurement records.
