About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management activities across Direct, Indirect, and OEM materials. This role will play a key part in improving cost competitiveness, developing strategic suppliers, and driving long-term sourcing strategies, with a particular focus on Mold, Tooling, and manufacturing-related materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing activities for Direct, Indirect, and OEM materials, including Mold and Tooling.
• Identify, evaluate, select, and develop suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and capability.
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
• Drive annual cost reduction, VA/VE, and supplier cost improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier pricing and proactively manage price changes.
• Review supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
• Assess supplier and commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage the sourcing budget and drive sustainable cost savings.
• Improve sourcing processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sourcing team while working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other functions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or a similar managerial role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing sourcing, covering Direct and Indirect Materials.
• Proven experience in cost reduction, VA/VE, and supplier price negotiation.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing a team of approximately 4–8 members.
• Experience in Mold & Tooling sourcing is highly advantageous.
• Good command of English; TOEIC 750+ is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
