Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and business development through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in generating quality leads and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Generate qualified leads through various sourcing channels, including referrals, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits with channel partners to promote projects.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of sourced leads.
• Plan and execute sourcing activities, promotional campaigns, and broker engagement programs.
• Track lead generation, conversions, and channel partner performance through regular reporting.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the channel partner network.
• Ensure achievement of sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, channel partners, and business development activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, or Business Development .
• Industry: Real estate experience is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Proven ability to generate quality leads and achieve sourcing targets.
• Experience working with residential and/or commercial real estate developers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
