Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager with strong experience in Channel Partner (CP) Management, lead generation, and residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have an established broker network and the ability to generate site visits and bookings through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners and brokers.
- Generate business through CPs, referrals, and BTL activities.
- Expand the channel partner network across assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for CPs.
- Drive site visits, customer meetings, and booking closures.
- Coordinate with sales and closing teams to maximize conversions.
- Monitor CP performance and improve engagement.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
