Sourcing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and empanel new Channel Partners (brokers, consultants, agencies).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure continuous business flow.
• Conduct regular CP meetings, trainings, and project briefings.
• Drive sales targets through the channel partner network.
• Plan and execute CP engagement programs, incentives, and promotional activities.
• Share leads, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-ups with the sales team.
• Monitor CP performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with marketing for CP-focused campaigns and collaterals.
• Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and commission disbursements.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• 4-9 Years experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry
• Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
