Sourcing Manager

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Seek and negotiate with Mindanao local service venders (OSP/ODN/TI), support presale and post sales implementation, handling total procurement progress.
• Establish partnerships and contracts with local subcontractors/vendors/suppliers to support project requirement
• Secure quotes and negotiate on terms and prices that allow company's costs to remain low or within budget while still getting quality products and services
• Conducts ocular visits to a supplier's facility to ensure standards and quality can be maintained as agreed
• Conducts periodic evaluation of suppliers and vendors, ensures results are transparent to relevant internal domains, and uses results as basis for extending or terminating contracts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in communications, computer, electronic application, etc.,
• Know well of Mindanao local subcons resource and capability.
• 5+ years with operator project for ODN/OSP implementation and subcons sourcing experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
