Job Description: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager for our real estate business in Lonavala. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs), excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate quality leads and drive property sourcing through effective networking.

The candidate must be willing to work in Lonavala and develop strong relationships with local brokers, channel partners, investors, and other real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) in Lonavala and nearby areas.
• Generate qualified property leads through CP networks, brokers, and other market sources.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's CP network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure regular business.
• Coordinate with the sales and closing teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and deal closures.
• Conduct regular field visits and CP meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Track sourcing activities, lead generation, and CP performance.
• Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate sourcing, preferably as a Sourcing Manager or Team Leader.
• Strong existing Channel Partner (CP) network in Lonavala is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Lonavala real estate market and nearby locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to generate quality leads and achieve sourcing targets.
• Willingness to work on the field and travel locally as required.
• Must be willing to work from Lonavala.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
• Travelling Allowance: Provided as per company policy
