Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to identify new business opportunities, source property requirements, build strong relationships with property owners and channel partners, and generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop a consistent pipeline of properties and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source residential and commercial properties based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Generate quality property leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a strong database of available properties, property owners, and potential clients.
• Understand property requirements, pricing, location preferences, and market trends.
• Negotiate commercial terms, brokerage, pricing, and other deal-related conditions.
• Coordinate with the sales and closing teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Identify new micro-markets and potential business opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with property owners and channel partners to maintain an active pipeline.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records, lead updates, and reports in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
• Ability to generate leads and build long-term professional relationships.
• Good understanding of property sourcing, brokerage, and real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management systems.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage a team, if required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, channel partner management, or business development.
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate will be an advantage.
• Candidates with an established network of property owners, developers, and brokers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
