Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization in Chonburi. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will oversee Direct and Indirect Material sourcing, including Mold, Tooling, and manufacturing-related materials and services, contributing to the company's competitiveness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage sourcing activities for Direct & Indirect Materials, including Mold, Tooling, and manufacturing-related materials and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and technical capabilities.
• Build strong supplier relationships and conduct commercial and price negotiations.
• Drive annual Cost Reduction, VA/VE, and supplier improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier pricing and support effective price change management.
• Review supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
• Assess supplier and commercial risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement budgets and support sustainable cost savings.
• Improve sourcing processes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare sourcing and cost performance reports for management.
• Guide and develop the Sourcing team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other relevant functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager, Procurement Manager, or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing sourcing, particularly Direct & Indirect Materials.
• Experience in Mold & Tooling sourcing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of supplier management, cost analysis, and procurement processes.
• Experience in cost reduction, VA/VE, and price negotiation.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects. Experience managing 4–8 team members is an advantage.
• Good command of English ( if have TOEIC 750+ is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
