Sourcing Manager (MC)

该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSIBILITY：

• Develop & implement a supply management strategy for China based on Rieter's global supply management strategy.
• Establish a competitive and capable supply base for Rieter China (and adjacent countries).
• Identify chances and risk in the supply market and take appropriate actions.
• Identify possible improvements on cost, payment term, quality and lead time.
• Develop, implement and improve logistical solutions together with Production planning.
• Proactive contribution to realize manufacturing cost targets per product.
• Support the global commodity and key supplier management.
• Contract management: Apply, negotiate, finalize and sign purchase contracts with suppliers.
• Secure competent staffing of localization, development and improvement projects.
• Secure close cooperation with Quality Management (Supplier Quality Engineering) when it comes to supplier selection, qualification and development.
• Supplier education in engineering, management and purchasing issues; carry out and manage supplier development plans together with Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Monitor & improve supplier performance. REQUIREMENTS：
• A recognized bachelor degree based on mechanical major
• Supply (Chain) Management or other relevant fields of Operations or Engineering
• Over 8 years experience in a high volume flow manufacturing company
• Over 5 years experience in technical project work preferably localization projects
• Over 5 years experience in development and implementation of supplier management
• Basic experience in value engineering manufacturing cost calculation
• Coordinating skills, strong negotiation skills, cost consciousness, process oriented thinking, strategic view.
• Good communication, intercultural, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using *** tier ERP software package (preferably SAP).
• Committed, trustworthy, straightforward.
• Communicate fluently in English by writing and oral
