Job Description: Sourcing Manager (Procurement)

Role Summary

Cutstruct is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of construction materials. The successful candidate will identify reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive prices, ensure material quality, and manage timely deliveries to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers of construction materials.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
• Manage procurement processes, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure materials meet required quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor market trends and material prices to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement, specifically within construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, cost management, and procurement planning.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualification

A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦700,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos
