What they need
· Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing
· Must have an established network of 100+ Channel Partners.
· Must own or have access to a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
· Graduate preferred.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market and Channel Partner network.
· Ability to generate leads, drive site visits, activate Channel Partners, and achieve business targets.
· Ability to maintain reports and track sales performance.
