Sourcing Manager - Superstructures & Special Vehicle Solutions

该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activities for truck superstructures and vehicle solutions. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, market intelligence, and application understanding to support the development of competitive and customer-focused transport solutions. You will work closely with Scania Commercial, R&D, Production, and suppliers to ensure the right balance of Technology, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for superstructures and vehicle solutions.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Build strong partnerships with superstructure suppliers in China and international markets.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, cost structures, and competitor offerings.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, lead times, quality, and supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies. Desired Profile
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supply-chain management skills.
• Good understanding of commercial vehicles, truck applications, trailers, superstructures, or related industries.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions and cost drivers with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
