Sourcing Spares & Reliability Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sourcing Spares & Reliability Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee sourcing and operational support for integrated facilities and property management activities, with a focus on improving service delivery, supplier performance, and contract discipline. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to provide market insight, manage regional and national programs, and strengthen risk management across decentralized operations. The position calls for a commercially minded leader who can translate trend analysis and operational intelligence into practical sourcing strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support integrated facilities and property management operations and sourcing strategies
• Deliver comprehensive market and operational intelligence
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery
• Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders
• Implement and coordinate regional and national operational programs
• Aid in supplier relationship management and performance assessment
• Oversee contract compliance and risk management processes

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Proven leadership experience in decentralized environments
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
