Sourcing Specialist & Operations Support

Description:

EBS Recruiters is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team. This role combines candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, social media marketing, and administrative support within a collaborative and growing recruiting firm.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, and social media
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications
• Support recruiters throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in Bullhorn
• Create and publish job postings and recruiting content
• Develop social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Paylocity
• Design recruiting and marketing materials using Canva
• Assist with onboarding, reporting, and other HR-related administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology platforms
• Experience with recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, marketing, or sales support preferred
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
• Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
