Sourcing Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Perform Lead Generation & Sourcing by identifying and qualifying candidates through social media platforms, online communities, job boards, and other recruitment channels while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Drive Social Media Engagement by creating recruitment content, managing social media pages and groups, responding to candidate inquiries, and promoting employer branding.
• Ensure effective Data Management & Reporting by maintaining accurate candidate records, tracking sourcing metrics, analyzing channel performance, and preparing recruitment reports.
• Foster Collaboration & Continuous Improvement by working closely with Recruiters, staying updated on recruitment trends and sourcing tools, and implementing strategies to improve lead quality and hiring efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment marketing, or social media lead generation (preferably in the ESL, BPO, or online education industry).
• Proven experience in managing and growing Facebook pages, groups, and paid campaigns.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Recruiter, and basic analytics/reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet lead generation targets and performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to fast-paced digital environments.
