SOURCING SPECIALIST

该职位来源于猎聘 Sourcing Specialist (Textile Industry) Major Responsibilities (Prioritized by Importance) o Search, evaluate, and develop new suppliers/factories to ensure competitive pricing and quality. o Contact designated suppliers, follow up on profiles and quotations within required time, and maintain vendor folders and sourcing lists. o Maintain daily communication with new suppliers and develop long-term cooperation. o Negotiate pricing with selected suppliers, focusing on cost breakdown and achieving the best commercial terms. o Conduct regular factory visits (weekly when needed) to assess production capacity and compliance. o Attend textile exhibitions and industry fairs to collect new supplier information and samples within required time. o Continuously research market trends and maintain an updated supplier database. o Manage sample library, including project samples, show samples, and others. o Ensure all samples are tagged on the same day with supplier name, price, and specifications. o Organize samples in office with corresponding project information and ensure samples for the US are shipped on the day of receipt. o Maintain supplier information including folders, profiles, pictures, quotations, emails, and update company systems such as Matrix and Overview.

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time university). Experience: Minimum 5-8 years relevant sourcing or home textile industry experience. Knowledge: Familiarity with textiles and fabrics.

• Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
