Sourcing Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO procurement activities for indirect materials and services.
• Execute RFQ/RFP, quotation analysis, bid evaluation and supplier negotiations.
• Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers as per approved procurement processes.
• Create and release Purchase Orders in SAP/OneSRM/Ariba or similar systems.
• Drive cost savings, spend consolidation and process optimization.
• Resolve supplier issues related to POs, invoices, payment terms and deliveries.
• Maintain procurement documentation including SOWs, SSJs, approvals and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business Units, MarCom teams, Category Managers and Strategic Buyers.
• Support procurement process improvement, automation and standardization initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Indirect Procurement.
• Strong experience in Indirect Materials & Services procurement.
• Hands-on experience in RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, quotation analysis and negotiation.
• Good knowledge of SAP, OneSRM, Ariba or similar procurement/e-sourcing platforms.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cost analysis, market research and achieving procurement savings.
• Knowledge of contract management and procurement compliance.
• Experience in MarCom, Meetings & Events, Mobility or IT procurement will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
