Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility, qualifications, and preferences.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Address candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
