Sourcing Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales sourcing team to ensure effective performance and achievement of sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales sourcing strategies to attract and engage potential buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement promotional campaigns.

• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales sourcing team.

• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.

• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving sales targets.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
