JOB POSITION: SOUS CHEF

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to approved recipes and standards.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist in planning food preparation and coordinating kitchen activities.
• Monitor inventory, food supplies, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Ensure proper sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
• Train and coach kitchen staff as needed.
• Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing food waste.
• Handle kitchen concerns and ensure smooth coordination with the service team.
• Support the Head Chef in maintaining company standards and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At t least 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Culinary education or relevant training is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

SALARY BUDGET: Php25,000.00 – Php30,000.00
