What We re Looking For
- Proven experience within a high-end Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in the UAE as Sous Chef
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop kitchen teams
- Passion for producing consistently outstanding food while maintaining the highest culinary standards
- Excellent knowledge of food costing, menu engineering, inventory management and waste control
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Fluent in English plus an additional European language
- Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and a kitchen trial
