Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role requires a passionate and skilled chef who can maintain high culinary standards, work efficiently under pressure, and contribute to the creativity and success of our kitchen. Qualifications and at least two years experience in a similar role preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, and smooth service.

• Assist in menu preparation and execution, bringing creativity and precision to each plate.

• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Train and support junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.

• Manage stock levels, ensuring proper storage and minimal wastage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, seasonal ingredients, and food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality dishes.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for great food.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
