Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations independently
- Supervise food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor kitchen staff performance and coordinate daily duties
- Control inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies
- Create and develop menu items and recipes
About you
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Passionate about culinary and food quality
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
