We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to help leading the kitchen at the Newbay Hotel – a much-loved local pub in the heart of Brighton, known for its charm, warm hospitality, and quality food.
We’re looking for someone excited to help shaping the food offering and build a strong kitchen culture.

- Proven experience leading a kitchen team

- A desire to bring fresh ideas while respecting the classics
