ABOUT THE VENUES
The Stables Bar is a well-known Perth CBD venue with a strong focus on quality food, drinks and hospitality. Set across a unique multi-level heritage space, the venue offers a busy and varied kitchen environment with a mix of dining, functions and large-scale service.
Little Creatures – Elizabeth Quay brings the Little Creatures brewery experience into the heart of Perth. Located on the waterfront at Elizabeth Quay, the venue combines craft beer, food and a vibrant atmosphere, with a busy kitchen catering to both locals and visitors.
Both venues offer the opportunity to work within an established hospitality group, develop your skills and be part of a busy, supportive kitchen team.

- Maintaining high food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
ABOUT YOU
Solid cooking skills and a passion for good food, with the ability to stay organised and calm during busy service. The successful candidate will be reliable, communicate well and take pride in delivering consistent results.
