What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in a relevant level establishment

• Confident communicator and team collaborator

• Passionate about produce and provenance

• Hungry to learn — we’ll teach you the CHCC way

• Calm under pressure, committed to the craft

• Knowledge of cafe & a la carte menu preparation and presentation

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to balance service and prep work as required

• Full Australian working rights

• Have or willing to get RSA certificate

• Available nights, weekends & public holidays
