Role Description:
As a Sous Chef at The Kingfish Honeysuckle, you will play the pivotal role in our culinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
• Managing inventory, ordering, and quality control.
• Upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to seasonal specials.

 Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Passion for seafood and a deep understanding of various seafood cooking techniques.

• Proven experience in a Sous chef role or Senior CDP, preferably in a seafood-focused establishment.

• Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Certificate III in commercial cookery
