What they need
Godfather Restaurant is looking for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef who can work across different sections of the kitchen, including both pasta and pizza preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking pasta dishes to a high standard
* Preparing, stretching, topping, and baking pizzas
* Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Following food hygiene and safety regulations
* Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen
* Experience with both pasta and pizza preparation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
