Sous Chef

Wild Rose Holiday Park is growing, evolving and redefining its food offering — and we are looking for a strong, motivated Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team.

Set in the beautiful Eden Valley, Wild Rose is one of the group’s busiest and liveliest parks, with a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality operation serving the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and coffee shop/café. At peak, the team can serve up to 500 covers a day.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys fresh food and seasonal menus, and wants to play a key role in delivering quality at volume.

As Sous Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, help lead service, maintain consistency and work closely with the wider brigade to keep standards high across a varied and demanding operation.

Live-on-park accommodation is available, and relocation support may be considered for the right person. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel to Wild Rose for a cooking interview if selected.
