What they need
Lang’s Restaurant is a family run restaurant located in the small village of Little Hoole, near to Preston. Offering a contemporary English and International cuisine, freshly prepared local produce. We take great pride n the quality of our food and service.
The newly refurbished restaurant seats 80 covers and includes a bar area for relaxing drinks.
We are looking for a chef to work with our current team, being able to use their own initiative for menu ideas and daily specials.
In return we offer a 4 day week, we are closed each Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday every week. Plus tips which are divided out on a weekly basis.
Closed Bank Holiday Monday, we also offer a good work and life balance.
