SOUS CHEF WANTED – THE FOX INN, BRAMDEAN

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Fox Inn, Bramdean.

Previous experience is not essential. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for cooking, a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Usual Working Hours

● Monday: 10:00–2:30 & 5:30–9:00

● Tuesday: 10:00–2:30 & 5:30–9:00

● Wednesday: Off

● Thursday: Off

● Friday: 10:00–2:30 & 5:30–9:00

● Saturday: 10:00–9:00

● Sunday: 10:30–5:00

Hours are based on how busy the pub is, so early finishes may be possible when trade allows. Christmas is a particularly busy period, so flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in are important.
