Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for food preparation.
• Oversee food preparation activities to maintain quality and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff in executing tasks and meeting service standards.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing dishes.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Utilize culinary expertise to contribute to menu development and enhancement.
