The role – To cook great food with passion – Sous Chef
- To be able to lead a team and train young chefs
- To be able to oversee busy services (500 Covers)
- To work with the head chef in developing menu ideas
- To bring great energy to the team
Essential Experience – Must be a team player first – Sous Chef
- Must have experience from quality high-end kitchens
- Used to dealing with the very best produce - Meat & Fish
- Proven success and great references
- Lots of Grill and fire cooking a big bonus
- Leading teams of chefs
