What they need
We're looking for a person who has high standards, a positive attitude, adaptability and a passion for great food. Our menu is casual, yet a little eclectic. We work with seasonal and quality ingredients and an authentic wood fire oven. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef along with the Sous Chef with the execution of the daily specials, receiving of orders, food preparation, line cooking, fabrication of meats and seafood, making soups and sauces and making scratch made pastas, etc....If you think you might be the right person for this job, we would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you further about this position.
This is a full time position, pay is hourly based on skill and experience.
