Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely delivery of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
• Cover shifts when needed
• Manage employee staffing and shift covering

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for delivering delicious, high-quality food
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts on-site in a fast-paced environment
